Ora Roa exists to help families restore rhythm in their lives through connection, health, shared responsibility, and small daily habits that strengthen the home and community.
Lasting change does not come from large interventions, but from small habits practised consistently over time.


Founder Story

Ora Roa was not created in a boardroom.
It was born from lived experience.
There were seasons in my life where survival came before everything else. Working long hours, stretching every dollar, trying to hold family, work, and responsibility together at the same time.
Like many families, there were moments where the cupboard was light, and standing at a food bank meant opening your life up just to bring something home for the table.
But even in those moments, something powerful was happening.
Small things were keeping our family together. Cooking simple meals. Spending time together with whatever we had. Creating small moments that reminded us we were still a family.
And that is where the idea of Ora Roa began.
Because I realised something important.
Strong families are not built through big programmes or complicated systems.
They are built through small habits practised every day.
Ora Roa exists to help families rediscover those habits and restore the rhythm of life in their homes.
This is not a programme built on theory.
It is built on real life.
And it carries a simple belief forward:
